*The cruise-only fee is the same amount. There will be no refund of the boarding fee regardless of whether landing is possible or not.
Similarly, there are no refunds if the tour operates as a cruise-only tour due to sea conditions or suspension of use at the Hashima tour facilities.
However, cancellations by customers due to the change to an alternative cruise-only tour will be accepted free of charge at any time prior to the tour.
*The Hashima Tour Facility Usage Fee will be refunded if landing is not possible.

Criteria and conditions for prohibiting the use of Hashima Pier (impossible to land)

- When the wind speed exceeds 5 meters per second
- When the wave height exceeds 0.5 meters
- When visibility is less than 500 meters
*Even within the above range, if the captain determines that it is not possible for visitors to disembark safely, the pier will not be used.
